Who is behind Mummys Gold?
Baytree Interactive Ltd, company number 69691, with a registered address at Ground Floor, Kingsway House, Havilland Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey[1]. The terms add that the gaming contract is with this company and that transactions take place in Canada, where the servers are[3].
Some payments may be handled by a second company. The terms name Digiprocessing Limited of Gibraltar as a processor "depending on the payment mechanism"[3]. A card statement may therefore show a name that is not Mummys Gold.
What does the licence say?
The archived footer reads: licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, licence number 00892, issued 16 February 2022[1]. The footer links to a certificate page on the regulator's site. I opened it on 4 October 2026. It names Mummys Gold with the date 04 August 2016[8].
The number has since changed. On 2 October 2026 the live footer showed number 01059, issued 26 August 2026. Same operator, same regulator, new number. If you verify the licence yourself, search the regulator's list by the operator name, not by the number.
What does Kahnawake cover? It is a First Nations regulator in Canada. It is not a New Zealand authority, and the terms leave the question of local law to you[3].
Where do the brand's pages disagree?
| Topic | One page says | Another says | Plan by |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wagering | 35x, promotion rules[2] | at least 70x, general terms[3] | 35x for the welcome bonus; 70x elsewhere |
| Licence number | 00892, archived footer[1] | 01059, live footer on 2 October 2026 | The operator name |
| Founded | 2002, home and mobile pages[6] | 2001, About page[7] | Either; it does not affect play |
| Payout rate | 97 per cent average payout[7] | 95% average RTP[9] | The lower figure |
None of these is hidden. They sit on public pages, and most reviews repeat one number without the other. When two pages of an operator differ, I plan by the one that is worse for the player.
Which terms deserve a second read?
- Payout caps. GBP 10,000 per 24 hours for everyone; €4,000 per week if you cash out five times your lifetime deposits[3].
- Bonus cap. With a welcome bonus the payout may be held to 6 times the first deposit[2].
- Pending. 24 hours, no weekend processing[3].
- Currency. The casino may pay winnings in euros, whatever the account currency[3].
- Discretion. Several clauses apply "at the discretion of casino management". That phrase appears next to both caps.
The payout rules in order are on the Mummys Gold withdrawal page.
Are the games audited?
The brand shows an eCOGRA seal and says its random number generator is certified and its payout report reviewed monthly[7]. The footer links to an eCOGRA certificate. I could not open the monthly report itself, so the payout percentages above remain the brand's claims.
Game suppliers named on the site are Games Global, Apricot, Pragmatic Play and On Air[1]. The About page counts more than 600 games[7].
What do public reviews say?
I planned to quote the Trustpilot score with its date. Trustpilot showed the checker a verification wall on 4 October 2026, and I do not copy scores from third-party review sites. So this section has no number. I would rather leave it empty than fill it from an aggregator.
What I can say comes from the complaint clause. A formal complaint goes by email, within six months of the issue, and not within a week of a withdrawal request[3].
Can New Zealanders play?
The terms list the countries where the casino will not open accounts. Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States are on it. New Zealand is not[3]. The brand runs a New Zealand version of its site with pokies in the menu[1]. Cashier methods for that version are mapped on the Mummys Gold Casino overview.
